He wants out if this crap continues, unless he already has his mind made up. I would too. Unless you get Snder to get a GM and/or fire Vinny, it isn't going to matter who the HC is. Snyder could bring in Dungy, Holgrem, Shanny, or even Cowher, and the team would still underperform. Our lack of depth, giving up draft picks, and lousy drafting have hampered any efforts at building a solid winner. Kelly and Thomas were darkhorse studs in the preseason mags, and they are like invisible, non existent. Rogers and Landry are our best draft picks since Cooley and Sean Taylor, and although I like them they are nothing compared to when we had both Champ and Smooty together in terms of production .
