Man, they are all ripping Snyder. They're saying Gruden may take the job because he already worked for Al Davis.

They're saying the Skins will never work with Snyder as the owner. Tom Friend recommended hiring Bruce Allen.

I dunno about that for this reason: if you look at the Giants line, you'll see a bunch of low-round picks and undrafted free agents, not first-rounders. That is, the Giants line is the way that it is because of COACHING. So, if you transplanted the Giants line here, they would no longer play like the Giants line. They'd play like the Redskins line.
