But in Snyder's world, there's "ME" in team. And sadly that's how it will always roll. Personally, I throw up a little everytime I see Snyder in the same room with those trophies.

Snyder is a business man who treats this football team like a business. He needs to start treat it like a football and not a business, period.

He has to have the humility to get out of the way and let a professional Football GM rebuild this team. The problem is he cant do it. He so wants to be a part of any success that he cant help himself.
