Williams didn't play any college football this year for precisely that reason. He knew he was taking a risk, but chose to take it. He also has showed maturity in dealing with what is surely an unpleasant situation by not particularly badmouthing the NCAA or the NFL. Clarett has done both, though his problems with them are of his own making.

I don't know Mike Williams or Maurice Clarett, but by their actions on and off the field, I know which one I'd rather have in a Redskin uniform.
