That's the point of it, exactly.

I don't care if it's Gibbs or someone else, but with a credible and respected team prez in place, or whatever the title is, it would make working in D.C. a much more attactive proposition. The coach and GM would primarily interact with the team president taking the owner that much further out of the picture. I think it's a good move to make, like I said whether it's Gibbs or someone else.
