I actually agree with you, but I think it would be by his decision. I think he has a great eye for talent. He basically won two Super Bowls(Set Gruden up for one). He also brings a winners mentality that the Redskins need. You associate winner with Indy. Players respect and listen to him. I would just like to see it but it will not happen. I would like to see him involved with the team one way or another just to change our mentality.
