What's interesting to me though is that in the last 8 months Gibbs has basically told both Zorn and Campbell to toughen up and deal with it.

Why is that interesting per se? Both guys have shown literally nothing this season so I think anybody looking at the Redskins has to say it.

Well there's been a lot of "woe are Campbell and Zorn...stuck with Vinny and Snyder. No one can ever succeed with them"

And Gibbs is saying "Bullshit. You're a QB and a head coach in the NFL. If you can't handle the pressure then get out"
