Everyone knows the answer, even the pundits on NFL.com...you need to draft good linemen (both offensive and defensive) and then develop them yourself unless you're insanely good at finding cast offs who play great for you (see New England). I want to know how Joe Bugel still has a job...he hasn't had much to work with but it seems like Chris Samuels has gotten worse, Heyer hasn't stepped up, Rhinehart hasn't been developed...that all points to Buges.

The reason Joe Bugel has a job is because he stoll is living on his past reputation with Gibbs and the hogs. What has he or the team done lately. He is not the entire problem but he has not been a strong influence on the FO to draft O-Line since he returned. You would think his opinion would carry some weight with the Front Office regarding bringing in young O-Lineman. Bugle always down playing the line like it's going to be ok. Its time for him to go call BINGO after the season.

I often wonder if Bugel is not the problem and part of the reason why we don't target more OL.
