I agree Smootsmack, but maybe we're getting some "core" players that want to stay even with free agency money calling them. Smoot has said that he wants to stay a Redskin but now sounds like he's already gone. Coach Gibbs sounds like they'll still try to keep him around. Lavar said he wants to be Redskin till the end and probably will be (although they did pay him to stick around).
But now we've got players like Antonio Pierce that is totally enthusiastic about re-signing with the Skins and says he wants to stay a Skin. Samuels is talking about restructuring his contract and says he wants to stay a Skin too!!
That's the kind of players we need on this team and once we start winning again (hopefully next season) we'll have more players wanting to be Skins!!!
