Cooke is rolling in his grave right now. Until Dan faces the mirror and decides that winning is more important than having his friend at his side, this organization will never change. We will at best be 8-8 year in and year out. And it is simple, we have no real team philosophy set by a GM/Coach duo that the whole team can follow.
