I'm gonna say Denver. I'm still not sold on that team. I believe that we will stop the run, and if we pressure Orton, I see us getting a defensive TD that day.

Have you seen what that revamped Denver defense is doing to GOOD PRODUCTIVE offenses!?

Washington wins this game only if Denver is caught looking past them.

Fact of the matter is that in the first 7 games of the season, the combined records of the 'Skins opponents (to date) is 13-33.

After the bye, the combined records of the remaining opponents is 34-16.
5 of the lat 9 games are away.

There is only 1 team you are facing in the last 9 games that has a losing record....Oakland. And they have more wins then most of the teams that have already beated the Redskins. Not to mention it is a trip for the team across 3 time zones. I think that the Skins beat Oakland. But I would feel better about that win projection if the game were being played at 1 PM on Sunday in FedEx. West coast teams playing early games in the eastern time zone do badly. That is a definite home field advantage.

Sounds like a sore Dallas fan after Denver kicked their ass. Just because Dallas can't beat them don't come here and say we can't. I'm guessing that Dallas fans are so dumb you have to come here to talk football.

You guys crack me up. I admire your dedication, but it is time to come down to a little place the rest of us like to call "Earth".

The Broncos defense has only surrendered 262 yards per game. They have held 2 of the top 3 offensive teams in the league to under 300 yards. And New England is one of those 2 teams. Also they are +7 in turnover margin. Elvis Dumervil is playing lights out this season.

Now Washington's offense is only able to manage 296 yard per game. And that was against teams that ranked 30th, 26th, 29th in total defense.

Not too mention that it is no secret that the 'Skins offensive line troubles are horrendous. The Broncos defense has racked up 21 sacks ths far. If your keeping count, they are 6-0 and that is a little over 3 sacks per game. Dumervil must be licking his chops at the prospect of going up against Washington without Samuels at LT.

We have a site to talk about the Redskins you have to come here to talk football so who needs to come down to earth? I have to read enough crap from Skins fans so the last person I want to read bashing on the skins is from a lost Dallas fan.

Well, when the Redskins do eventually win their next game, it will be because the offense decided to protect the football. Any game where the Redskins turn it over three times is going to be a loss.

If Denver doesn't force any turnovers, they'll have a hard time winning with offense, because their offense has struggled to move the ball against even the most middling defenses (like Cincinnati).

Re: Predict our next WIN

I honestly think there's a greater than 50% chance that we won't win another game the rest of the year. On paper, the only team that we are not automatically considered the underdog for is the Raiders. However, right now, i think the raiders would beat us.

Yes, we close the season playing some teams that may have already secured playoff spots and those teams may be playing their backups. However, i see this team falling apart and getting WORSE as the season moves on, not better. And you know what - thats fine with me. We've got a lame duck coach and possibly entire offensive staff that will not be hear next year. We've got a "GM" that is most likely getting the axe as well. This team is going to undergo a major overhaul in the offseason and theres nothing any players or coaches on this team can do to change that. If we're going to start over in 2010, we might as well have a higher draft pick. I'm looking for 2010 right now and I dont look at it as giving up. I'm just counting the days until Cerrato is fired. True Redskins fans have been waiting for this day for almost a decade. January 3, 2010 can't come soon enough.

Sure a complete overhaul is what we all want, and is what is ultimately best for the franchise. It just wouldn't surprise me at all if we won a few games at the end of the year and Snyder let Cerrato keep his job (they're obviously buddy-buddy or he'd be gone by now)

DALLAS!

If we end up with only 2 more wins and they're against Dallas, I'll take it.

Heck, at this point, I'll take 1 win vs. Dallas!

Looking at the schedule. We might go 2-14. It does not get any better. Maybe Oakland. But they are one of those teams that have not won.

Re: Predict our next WIN

Boy!! We're really scraping the bottom of the barrell now aren't we? All those high expectations at the beginning of the season 10-6, 12-4, 9-7, 11-5, now after seven games in we're surfing the remainder of the schedule hoping to find a win.....Amazing.

Our next win will come Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. I'm just glad we're not playing the Titans they fit the profile of all our opponents thus far except for one.
