A couple of things I noticed, he brings the ball back really low on his windup, I can't imagine the number of times he will get stripped in the NFL with that sort of motion. That's got to be fixed.

He's a gifted overall athlete no doubt. On the college level you can see where he is head and shoulders above most college defenders. But in the NFL I just don't see where his skills would make him an elite player, at least at the QB position.

Maybe you move him to another position but utilize him in the wildcat once in a while? Also, does he ever line up under center? If not that's going to be adjustment as well.

Looks like he would need some serious "coaching up" at the NFL level as far as his mechanics go if he's going to be a full time QB. I don't see how he's NFL ready right off the bat.
