Re: Randle El Fair Catches His Way to the Bench
Eh. I don't think Reinhart deserves to be there. The guy's being asked to fill some pretty big shoes after not starting until this year. Smoot and Heyer stink something awful though but then again I'm biased to Smoot because I never thought he was very good in the first place. After this year Heyer should never have a starting job anywhere in the NFL. Dude's a 2nd stringer at best. ARE was just a bust after he came to DC. (Like so many of our FA acquistions tend to be)

Re: Randle El Fair Catches His Way to the Bench
DT showed some signs of live against Philly, even scored a TD. I would wait and see what he's got in the next couple of games before saying he sucks.

But he'll probably be gone next year and I hope Heyer and Williams are right behind him. |

Re: Randle El Fair Catches His Way to the Bench
Antwaan Randle El represents everything that is wrong with this franchise. Typical overblown free agent with a huge salary that comes to Washington for his golden parachute while not having much incentive to actually produce.

Couldn't have said it better myself. A perfect symbol of Synderatto's idiocy.

Re: Randle El Fair Catches His Way to the Bench
I don't blame ARE. He's a good guy, a stand up guy with high character. I think his incentive is to do well and play hard, he's not like Brandon Lloyd or anything. He's just not worth what he's making. I blame Gibbs and Snyder for this one. Snyder for overpaying and Gibbs for wanting him here in the first place simply cause he had a good game against us in 04.

Re: Randle El Fair Catches His Way to the Bench
If R El is playing slot in Indy/Philly/Pats /N.O. , R EL would be putting up some nice numbers , his problem is the O-Line and revolving QB's we always have in DC .

Re: Randle El Fair Catches His Way to the Bench
Randle El should have always been the slot receiver since the day he got here, and he might have been had Lloyd not been a colossal bust for us

Re: Randle El Fair Catches His Way to the Bench
The Redskins have a 10 year history under DS of signing has-beens at the end of there careers at the expense of draft picks and the salary cap (remember Dana Stubblefield, Deion Sanders, Bruce Smith, etc., etc.). It amazes me how every year the fans eat it up like we were just that one guy away from being a contender. Randle El is just one more example. No draft picks, but also no production. Unfortunately, rebuilding this team is going to be a long haul. When we do wise up and get some real football guys in charge, I hope the die-hards are ready for a long rebuilding process. Let's just hope the Danny can keep someone around long-enough to do it right.
