How to stop smoking?

Baby steps, no physical aids, just cut back until you stop. Cold turkey just results in relapse.

I probably shouldn't say this ... but if you put the smokes in the freezer they last for ever ....

That is what I have been doing, but sometimes when your drinking you forget shit.
