That was my exact reaction. Please Riggo, you have an occasional valid point but dial it down a little big fella. The whole 'this is a bad guy' thing was just over the top.

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

Matty:

Indeed some wins will quiet some of the criticism and the venom directed toward the FO and the owner. However, some evidence of a change in the way they do business would also quiet some of that criticism even before those wins show up on the board.

A lot of the frustration that fans are voicing this season deals with the fact that the FO is treating the fans as if fans have not been watching how the team has done its businessfor the last decade. Cut the Four Tops here:

It's the same old song ...

Riggins admits he has an ax to grind in this matter. Maybe he is trying to be the "voice of the fan" (noble indeed) or maybe he is still angry that Danny Boy axed Riggo's radio gig here in DC (not so noble indeed). Whatever his motive(s), I doubt that John Riggins is the only person with ties to the Redskins' organization who thinks that Danny Boy is a "less that totally wonderful human being".

Give Bobby Mitchell some truth serum and listen to what he might have to say on this matter...
