Damn, that's sad. We haven't drafted an impact offensive player in over 10 years!!!!! And he was an OL! Wow, have we been terrible in assessing offensive talent over the years.

I'm not sure why Colbert would want to join us but we do need improvement in terms of personnel assessments. But the Steelers have something else that we do not: coaches who get the best out of their players, especially on offense.
