I'm actually for public hanging. It could be a big money maker for the state or cities. They could sell tickets and you could by an up gredded tick which allows you to throw tomatoes and other stuff at the persons. They could allow venders to sell food and other items like t-shirts that say stuff like "Stretch That Neck". They could also sell lottery tickets and the person getting hung draws a number and the winner gets to pull the lever. They would wait and do several at a time and instead of a them costing money we could actually make money off them.
