We expected all along that recipients would make mistakes on their congressional districts, on jobs numbers, on award amounts, and so on. Human beings make mistakes," Pound said.

Lets see. I know there are going to be mistakes but I don't take the time to check for these mistakes THAT I KNOW are coming. Goverment at its best. How will they ever keep up with all the paper work involved in health care? I guess that explains why Medicare gets ripped off to the tune of 60 billion.
