betts is at the age in which people start to think running backs go downhill......portis is at his prime and is capable of carrying your team.....but he cant do that when hes only getting 15 carries per game
The only time Betts had a legit opportunity to be the feature back he ripped off 5 straight 100 yard games.

But this thread isn't about Betts, its about Portis...

I just don't see how you are drawing the conclusion that Portis can "carry the team" what has he shown this year to prove that? On the best run of his career he couldn't even score with one man to beat and a blocker in front. Name on other top 5 back that does that?
