Clinton Portis ruled out for Redskins vs Dallas - NFL - Yahoo! Sports

Portis is ruled out and Big Al is a game-time decison.

Big Al might play but is that neccesarily a good thing. He's really banged up right now so I doubt he'll be at full speed or last the game.

Anyway...we have some external factors that don't benefit us going into this game. My money is on the heavy percentages of us doing poorly.

Dont worry you'll see him cheering on Betts and Rock shoving the ball down your throat.

What external factors? And I would take that money, but I could never take money from a fellow skins fan in a loss.

I believe all the external factors favor us.

Re: Skins v. Dallas Predictions

Well we shutdown Texas Stadium with a win. I see us going in there kickin the doors off the hinges, slammin Romo down all day from all angles. Wittten will get put out the game by one of our CB's. Austin and Williams will get shutdown by our secondary just to prove last weeks 2 big plays to B.Marshall were just mistakes not an every week occurrence.

The offense has something to prove, and who better to use as a doormat. We continue our 1 2 punch with Betts and Rock. This will be where the game is won or lost and it all starts with JC, who's heart will he break ours or theirs.

The only positive for Dallas is that they most likely will see ARE back there in punt return to screw us when we start building some type of groove.

With that said we will open The Billion Dollar Dibacle with a WIN, and you Sandstrapjack will have a good view on DA JERRAH TRON!

Re: Skins v. Dallas Predictions

Mike Wise wrote about how the rivalry is more intense with us then it is with them. Ok. Dallas isn't playing well and we're playing better than we have all year. Betts has shown we can have a running game with this o-line and that makes JC's job a whole lot easier. We're finally playing some smashmouth football and guys like Devin Thomas are playing with heart and determination. Columbo is out and our d-line is playing lights out. The Cowgirls and the Redskins are heading in different directions and I like our chances. Keep doing what you do Fred Davis. Carter, AH, Orakpo.... Who's Romo's backup? They're gonna need him.

Redskins-27

Cowgirls-10

Dallas has a better record and that's the extent of it. No way I pick against the Redskins playing them.

Re: Skins v. Dallas Predictions

I'm happy to see that the coaching and training staff are acting with caution about Portis. No need to rush him back.

Haynesworth was walking with a boot today, still I think he plays. But Anthony Montgomery should/could see his first action this Sunday

according to nflnetwork during halftime tonight they said portis is out for the game, weirdly i'm kinda happy, i'd rather see betts and rock. and i'd rather clinton get healthy, never really thought i wouldn't want cp in a game... ever
