Jerry Gray is one of THE class acts in the NFL. I doubt you could round up a dozen people who have a bad word to say about him. Forget his coaching abilities - - which are very good; the Redskins are losing a man of character and grace. It is sort of like when Darrell Green left the team.
He is taking over a woeful Memphis team - - probably could not crack the Top 100 in college football this year if such a ranking existed. I hope the alums and the administration at Memphis give him a few years to work a turnaround there. He has LOADS of work to do. Good luck, Coach...
