Zorn still has glaring weaknesses as a head coach (clock management, decisions on when to be aggressive vs. conservative, etc.) that will likely continue to cost us. Let's also remember that Lewis is 67 and may not want to have a full time OC job anymore.

I know it's unlikely to happen, Sherm was brought in as a band-aid and not much else. But it just seems that once we start to see a glimmer of what could be, we're going to blow it all up again. But at the end of the day you are what your record says you are, and at 3-9 changes are needed, probably drastic ones.
