A friend tells me that Fred Davis flashed what the officials took to be a "gang sign" in his celebration and that brought out the flag.


1. I did not see that.

2. I probably would not recognize a "gang sign" if it bit me on my butt.

3. There has been no league explanation to confirm or deny this assertion.
