He did a nice job bringing in some older vets in Oakland. I like the move but I'm going to take a wait and see attitude. I wanted a true personel guy first, not a business contract guy. They've already got a guy doing that.

Bruce Allen is a well respected guy around the NFL who will be the face of the Redskins. There is a whole scouting department and the coach to help him find and select the players. He may not have rings but he has always been involved in good organizations...the last time the Raiders were not a joke was when he was there. He will represent the Redskins very well IMO. I look forward to my Redskins not being a punchline anymore.
