It doesn't matter what JC wants, the way things look he'll be a RFA rather than UFA. If he's an RFA, if the team wants him back, he'll be back.

I agree, if the team wants him, he'll come back because I have a hard time thinking of a team that's excited about getting him. I really think JC needs the Skins way more than the Skins need him.
