Julius Peppers didn't get caught using steroids. Plus even if we did bring in Merriman, where do we put him? Do you want to go through another ill advised Orakpo experiment? Maybe we put him at RE and take Orakpo from his best position. Or we could put Merriman at LE and relive the Jason Taylor experiment. honestly in a uncapped year the washington job is the most desirable job of them all because you have a owner who will bring in whoever you want uncapped resources.
