I'd say altering your speed to match other vehicles on a whim is somewhat dangerous, not as dangerous as the vid no doubt, but whenever you vary that much you're throwing off more than the one car... you're not only making yourself unpredictable, but the car behind you as well, but you didn't think of that lol... you know they have those little numbers you can call in to report issues on the road right?
