Re: Late Round Gems

a few other gems I found are;

George Selvie DE/OLB South Florida

Walter McFadden CB auburn (brother is bryant mcfadden of the steelers and cardinals)

John Estes C Hawaii

Lorenzo Washington and Brandon Deadrick 3-4 DE's Alabama

Daniel Porter RB LaTech (video of him is a few posts above)

Jared Veldheer OT Hillsdale

Jason Fox OT Miami

Antonio Brown WR/RS Central Michigan (we had him before, we can have him again)

Jamar Wall CB Texas Tech

Riley Cooper WR Florida

Chris Cook CB UVA

AJ Wallace CB Penn State

Cody Grimm S/OLB VT (can be a good OLB for a nickel defense either rushing passer or playing coverage)

TJ Ward FS Oregon

Major Wright FS Florida (will probably get drafted higher but who knows)

Mitch Petrus G Arkansas (former FB)

Shelly Smith G Colorado State

Sergio Render G VT (may not fit Shannys offense)

Chris Brown RB Oklahoma

LaMarcus Coker RB Hampton

Montario Hardesty RB Tennessee

Tony Washington OT Abiliene Christian

Brandon James RB/RS Florida

Re: Late Round Gems

Are you Jarrett Brown? The red flag from my perspective is that his release is similar to Vick's AND that the reviews vary on his accuracy. One says "flawless accuracy," while another says "makes receivers work for catches," and another says "His accuracy was not deadly." That sounds a lot like Mike Vick. That's somewhat to be expected from a late-round QB though, so I wouldn't be completely opposed to spending a 4th or later pick on him assuming we don't take a different qb earlier.

I think the point that is lost on you is that Michael Vick has one of the better releases in the league.

Having a good release is not a red flag.

LoL, i'm not Jarrett Brown.
I just like to support my opinions with the latest info.
