I'm not sure about the switch with our current personnel but as a scheme I prefer the 3-4 to the 4-3. We've got some pieces that could work (Jarmon, Orakpo, Haynesworth, Blades, McIntosh, Montgomery, Landry) and some that don't fit (Carter, Fletcher) so it's going to be a transition.
I won't be surprised to see us shop Carter for a draft pick since he's not a fit in the 3-4 and he'd bring value.
