The Redskins have consistently been a top 10 defense for the past few years. Personally, I'd take a top 15 defense with more red zone stops and less big plays over 30 yards.

i agree that we gave up a good bit of big plays, but i thought we were top 5 if not no. 1 in redzone defense?

That's what I was gonna say. They either scored way before they got to the redzone or settled for a FG. Either way, they scored when we needed a stop.

i guess man. but our 4th and short D looked pretty solid this year. and i dont think teams put up that many points against us. i think our lack of scoring made it seem that way and the D's inability to close games out late.

from the top of my head i can remember 4 games where we held teams to or below 10 pts, one of them includes the boys.
