Re: Rival's College All Decade Team
Pretty cool. I agree with most of that list. I would probably have put Darelle Revis (Pitt) in front of Rogers and/or Cason on that list.
Hard to argue with the 2001 Canes as the team of the decade. Has anyone looked at that roster?? To name a few: Willis MacGahee Clinton Portis Frank Gore Ed Reed Sean Taylor Andre Johnson Najeh Davenport DJ Williams Rocky McIntosh Jonathan Vilma Antrel Rolle Philip Buchanon Kelly Jennings Vernon Carey Vince Wilfork Bryant McKinnie Kellen Winslow Roscoe Parrish Jeremy Shockey William Joseph Jerome McDougle I mean good lord. Is that even possible? A masterpiece by Butch Davis.

Re: Rival's College All Decade Team
That's pretty insane right there. Never knew they all played that close to one another or with each other.

I know Coker was the coach of that team, but I think that was his first year. Those are Butch Davis' guys. He's a sick recruiter.

And don't forget, one of the best college QB's of all time was on that team, Ken Dorsey.

If youre going to talk about Butch Davis keep in mind that the 2001 Hurricanes had just lost four players to the 1st round of the draft in 2000.... 3 of which were pro bowlers including our own Santana Moss. Lewis, Damione-DT 2001 1 (11) St. Louis Rams Morgan, Dan-LB 2001 1 (12) Carolina Moss, Santana-WR 2001 1 (16) New York Wayne, Reggie-WR 2001 1 (30) Indianapolis Some other players of note that were there in 99 were Bubba Franks and Edgerin James
