Aren't we wasting LaVar and Washington's talents by moving LaVar off the weakside and playing Marcus Washington in the middle?
This is speculation of a reporter.
However in prior Joe Gibbs teams, the linebackers were situation sub'd alot.
I think the same will be the case this year. To say this guy will start here is pointless because there will be alot of substitutions. I see Kevin Mitchell used at the MLB position on obvious run plays. On pass plays who knows what alignment and players will be on the field. I don't think the coach know yet either. After preseason the coaching staff will sort it all out and use what works best. It's too early to worry about who is starting where.
