perhaps Haslett and Shanahan have shared recommendations more often than we'd think

I don't know about Hilliard's coaching abilities but the players might respect someone that just came out of the league and is more like "one of them" .. then again, that could be a downfall too

I see.. Well, McCardell was good (or decent?) WR, in general.. I'm sure he has plenty of experiences to share with our WRs, hope it will help..

I hope he gets the best out of DT, MK & MM they have the potential but didn't have the coaching.

I would stress 'decent' for McCardell but if we are getting a rookie WR coach then we might as well get the greatest : Art Monk! He will gain instant respect in the locker room.

I think it's already set up now but Monk would be a great choice tho
