Coaching Staff update

I'm sorry. I don't mean to be the negative nanny but for about 3 or more years I've been lobbying for the Skins to get rid of Hixon and hire a qualified applicant. The other staff members I didn't see as a problem.

It seems Shanahan has brought on board coach's he thinks will work out well for him and I hope McCardell will out perform for him, but I was looking forward to a more splashy move in a position in which we have lacked either talent, motivation, or coaching.
