Forget McCoy. Use the first two rounds for the line. Round 3 you have a decent shot and Lefevour, Stull, Pike, Kafka, Sheehan, and Canfield. That isn't even the complete list of the really nice crop of Qbs coming out this year. Favre didn't receive the adulation from the CFB media as Tebow or McCoy have, neither did Brees or Rivers. All 3(Favre, Rivers, Brees) were highly regarded, but did not receive the huge hype like Leinart or Harrington, Carr, etc. Even Jamarcus Russell was overhyped. These guys looked like superstars since they were on loaded teams. I want a guy that can make things happen if the talent isn't necessarily available or more to the point not stellar.

we dont have a 3rd round pick and Rivers was a high draft pick, so he was hyped up before the draft.
