Ocho Cinco is always twittering about eating McDonald's, he loves that place. I guess when you work out like these guys do you can get away with that.

But you've got to think there's definitely an advantage for those that approach nutrition seriously. I too am surprised more NFL teams don't take an approach to nutrition/training/recovery like Romo recommends. Maybe his input to Shanahan will pay off.
