I read somewhere that Taylor said that he's wanted to play in washington for awhile, plus peter king has DC as a possibility for taylor, so this could definitley happen.

Yeah, Peter King listed us, detroit, and san diego as possible places for him if he didn't re-sign

Very few UFAs that are attractive candidates are going to be available for teams (i.e. Dansby). All the good ones will likely be tagged by their teams (i.e. 49ers' Franklin, Pats' Wilfork).
