as far as snacks go fuit and veggies is what i go to, somethimes with some salad dressing to dip into. kraft actually makes some great fat free dressings, and life savers has a bunch of fat free and suger free hard candies they are a really good too

red wine or straight gin or vodka mostly here now, keeps me from having too much as well
