Even so in the NBA he likely would have been a role player with his height, in the NFL he's a star making around 10 times more then he would have playing basketball. I wouldn't say that he was a dominant force in the ACC. He was good averaging 7 ppg and 4 rebounds in his last season playing basketball. Now JJ Reddick, as much as I hated playing against him, was a dominant force in the ACC.

Though it is worth pointing out that he's named after Juilus Erving and Walt Fraizer, hence his name Juilus Fraizer Peppers.
