Would Dunta Robinson & Darren Sproles be 'business as usual'?

Where Julius Peppers, Darren Sproles, NFL free agents will sign - Don Banks - SI.com

Lovely quote from an unnamed NFL executive:

Washington will throw money around like it's playing Monopoly

Supports what I mentioned about Shanny showing he's free spender in his own right.

Decent point.. It may be Shanahan operating 'business as usual' because he was never shy about spending Bowlen's money!

See this is some of the crap I hate reading...and well our team has had a horrible history to set themselves up for things like, but with that being said, why should Sproles sign with the Eagles?

The Redskins had a terrible offense last season, they have a terrible punt/kick return game, and don't have a change of pace back. They need someone like Sproles to fill this role much more than the Eagles would need him.

More like Banks is a bonehead because the Iggles have no Super Bowls, McNabb tends to choke in the playoffs, they have an inconsistent offense, a playcaller who can't stop calling passes even if his life depended on it, and 3 KRs already on their depth chart.
