Yeah, it looks like he was being shopped by the Bears, since Martz apparently doesn't use TEs and no one bit.

Granted, Cooley is better, but Olsen is a bit younger and unlike Cooley he wasn't out with major injury last season (probably not a big deal) and would have been cheaper than Cooley.

Just my speculation though.

I don't get the move to trade Rocky. I could see him bulk up a bit and play ILB in a 3-4...obviously he's not an edge-rusher. I wonder if the drive to trade him means we're def getting Dansby?

Also keep an eye on what we're able to do in terms of adding 2nd/3rd round picks and how far Brandon Spikes falls.

He's falling and the Skins are watching that

Absolutely no surprises. Smoot lost his magic from the glory days when he first came on the scene when he was with Champ. ARE was a really big disappointment. Cartwright was a special teams journeyman. Betts was a decent backup, but was totally expendable. Thomas should have had a joint press conference with Chris and retired with him. He should have gone out that way as the handwriting was on the wall. Collins being released confirms a QB is going to be taken, but in which round?

who else got axed? the radio said we are up to 10 now.

I did make the mistake. E.Williams the FB got injured right and didn't play.
