If Rothlesberger is innocent, then yeah, i can see how Florio's advice would make sense. But what if he's guilty? Florio is basically saying, "if you have a lot of money, its ok to commit rape. you can just pay off the victim later if they decide to talk."
I realize that none of us know the facts, but it distrubs me that so many people are assuming that he's innocent of rape and that she is guilty of purgery. We don't know a thing about this woman, but we know enough about Rothlesberger to question both his character and his judgement. If people are going to start making assumptions, i dont see why they would side in favor of Rothlesgerger. |
she said she was assaulted, not raped. big difference. i'm not a lawyer but what does that mean? it could mean he grabbed her ass, or grabbed her tits when she wasn't expecting it. to me this sounds like some girl crying wolf. how do you assault someone in a club when people are walking in and out of a bathroom? it just doesn't make any sense.
