As long as a QB's arm strength is not lolChadPenningtonlol weak, you can get by in this league if you have all your other skills well-developed. P. Manning and D. Brees both had "questionable" arm strength coming out of college and I guess that really didn't matter, didn't it?

That said, most fans probably couldn't tell "who has the stronger arm, Eli or Daunte Culpepper" since because Eli won a Super Bowl, he must have the stronger arm. NOT.
