Redskins coach Mike Shanahan was noncommittal when asked if he'd be interested in trading for Brandon Marshall after the April 15 deadline for restricted free agents to sign with other clubs.

"You'll just have to wait and see," Shanahan said. "Can't share that with you." We wouldn't make too much of this. Multiple reports had Shanahan growing tired of Marshall's act in Denver last winter, and it's even been speculated that Shanny's plan to dump the receiver eventually led to his ouster.

Plus Denver's going to pull another rabbit out of the hat and get a first round pick for him. Even if we wanted him I'd have a hard time seeing how we could put together a solid offer.
