From a macro standpoint Firstdown, you shouldn't care. People not paying taxes is money back in their pockets and that's proper conservative tax policy. Now whether it is fair to the other 53% is a whole other argument. That's a discussion of the progressive tax versus a flat tax. And no one here has made a case for either.
