I will say that I don't understand how the bodyguards are not charged with at least some sort of illegal detaining (can't think of the term) or kidnapping. The few statements that I saw would seemed to have supported that type charge even without dna or other evidence needed for a charge of rape. Also the two bodyguards were off duty cops, so let's jump on the "protecting their own" charge as well.

If all of these allegations are true, she should be a witness for the state. She is always going to be girl in the bathroom for the rest of her life but why would she want to be the girl that let him go if he does something like this again.

I think 8 would be fine. A little surprising but fine. I guess it all has to do with how much the critics of Goodell's fairness in punishment affects the Commish.
