I also do not understand the "trade Cooley" being thrown around so easily and so often. I think people are really forgetting how good he is for us. So he broke his foot...big deal. Cooley should start over Davis and they both should be retained for not only depth, but to utilize them together. Davis is more of an oversized WR than blocking TE who can catch like Cooley. They can both contribute differently to our team.

I'd love to get Gaither, but not at the cost of one of our two more productive players.

Trade Landry or Carter and a late pick for him, but not a Top 10 TE in either Cooley or Davis.

I think Baltimore would rather find Heap's eventual replacement thrugh the draft anyways.
