I would be fine if they draft Capers in the 4th round. He is a top 100 ranked player according to most draft sites, he fits the scheme as a zone blocker, and has the ability to play multiple line positions.

Fox does have an irregular heartbeat, and it was serious enough that he missed at least one game. I also read where he had to have extensive testing done at the combine, and then get tested again. If Fox is there in the 4th, and we don't take him, then we should conclude that he has too much risk. He has been ranked as a top 50 player most of last year.
