That sux that the links are dead. It is a very good piece. The worst story, IMO, described when they killed a mentally retarded person in his home. His mother called the police because he had picked up a knife. When they arrived, she begged the officers not to hurt him. A little while later he was carried out in a body bag.

The post researched what happened to officers who were responsible for deaths. Many of them received multiple promotions and some of those officers had killed on more than one occasion.

They do not play around.
