Sorry, but personnel does have something to do with it. Sure Zorn sucked, but Gibbs wasn't so great with his core of players either. Gibbs last season was 5-11, only one better than Zorn's 4-12. I mean we had only one pro bowler last year in Fletch, and he was an alternate. I sure do hope our FO has some nice scheme in the works via trading JC and maybe even AH. We need more picks. I can see us trading down also. The draft is loaded with line talent, but if we get rid of Rocky we will need to get a new LB to replace him for sure on top of the one we already need to draft just for depth.
